Child Safety Standards
Last updated: November 5, 2026
twistcircle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page explains our standards and how we act.
1. What is prohibited
- Any content that sexualizes a minor (anyone under 18), including images, videos, drawings and text.
- Grooming: contacting or befriending a minor to sexually exploit them.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to buy, sell, share or request CSAM.
- Any content or behavior that puts a child's safety at risk.
Only people aged 13 and over can create a twistcircle account. Adults may not contact minors in a sexual or inappropriate way.
2. How to report
- In the app: Use Report on any post or profile and choose the reason that fits.
- By email: Write to our child safety contact at tcteam@twistcircle.com. Include the user's name or a description of the content.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services first. In Bangladesh, call 999.
3. How we act
- We review child safety reports with the highest priority.
- We remove CSAE content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement in Bangladesh and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, as the law requires.
- We preserve information that authorities need for an investigation, as the law allows.
4. Compliance with law
twistcircle complies with applicable child safety laws, including the laws of Bangladesh and of the countries where the app is available.
