Delete your twistcircle account

This page explains how to delete your account in the twistcircle app (developer: twistcircle) and what happens to your data.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the twistcircle app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.
- Send an email to tcteam@twistcircle.com from the email address you used to sign up.
- Use the subject Delete my account.
- Write your name as shown on your twistcircle profile.
We confirm that the request came from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and reply to let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account login (email and password)
- Your profile: name, photos, cover photo, bio, gender, date of birth, area, education and profession
- Your posts, photos, videos, comments and likes
- Your Circle connections and requests, and your blocked list
What may be kept
- Copies in our service providers' logs and backups are removed within 30 days.
- Limited records may be kept longer only when the law requires it or to prevent abuse, for example a record that an account was banned for a serious violation.
- Reports you submitted about other users may be kept without your name so we can finish reviewing them.
