Community Guidelines

twistcircle is a place to share with the people of your area. These Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed, so everyone can feel safe and respected. They apply to everything you share: posts, photos, videos, comments, profile details and messages.
1. Who can use twistcircle
- Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old. If the law in your country sets a higher age for social media, that higher age applies.
- One real account: Use your real identity. One person, one personal account.
- Keep it secure: You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Follow the law: Follow the laws of Bangladesh and of the country where you use the app.
2. What is not allowed

| Terrorism and extremism | Supporting, recruiting for or praising terrorist or violent extremist groups | Propaganda; fundraising for such groups |
| False information | Misleading content that can cause real harm | Fake health cures; false emergency alerts; rumours meant to cause unrest |
| Self-harm | Encouraging or giving instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders | "How-to" posts; dangerous challenges |

Content shared for news, education or awareness may be allowed with context, but it must not glorify harm.
3. Child safety: zero tolerance
twistcircle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any such content leads to immediate removal and a permanent ban, and is reported to the relevant authorities. Read our full Child Safety Standards.
4. Respect other people's rights
- Copyright: Only post photos, videos, music and writing that you created or have permission to use.
- Impersonation: Do not pretend to be another person, brand or organization.
- Privacy: Ask before posting photos or videos of other people, especially in private settings.
Rights holders can report infringing content to tcteam@twistcircle.com. We remove it when a valid report is received.
5. Tools to keep you safe

| Block | Stop seeing someone's posts and stop them from seeing yours. You can unblock in Settings. |
| Hide or delete comments | Post owners can hide or delete comments on their own posts. You can delete your own comments. |
| Hide birth date | Keep your date of birth private on your profile. |
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In Bangladesh, call 999.
6. What happens if you break the rules
Action depends on how serious the violation is and whether it is repeated.
- Content removal: The post or comment is removed.
- Warning: You receive a warning on your account.
- Temporary restriction: You cannot post or comment for a set period.
- Account suspension: Your account is disabled for a longer period.
- Permanent ban: Your account is removed and you may not create a new one.
Serious violations, such as child exploitation, terrorism or credible threats of violence, lead straight to a permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
Appeals: If you believe we made a mistake, write to tcteam@twistcircle.com within 30 days and we will review the decision.
7. Following the law
- twistcircle is operated from Bangladesh and follows the laws of Bangladesh.
- Users must also follow the laws of the country they are in.
- We may remove or restrict content when the law requires it, and we respond to valid legal requests as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Freedom of expression matters to us. We do not remove content simply because it is unpopular or critical, as long as it follows these Guidelines and the law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Guidelines as twistcircle grows or as laws change. For important changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
